MOKIY, Vladimir (2024). Global conflict: Analysis of non-political factors and possible non-violent solutions in the context of sustainable development. Transdisciplinary Journal of Engineering & Science, 15. https://doi.org/10.22545/2024/00261
As part of a continuing joint project with CIRET titled: Development of a Philosophical, Conceptual, and Methodological Framework for the Planning, Forecasting, and Management of Sustainable Development of a Liberal Civilization (2023-2030), Vladimir Mokiy published in the Transdisciplinary Journal of Engineering & Science quite an important article entitled Global Conflict: Analysis of Non-Political Factors and Possible Non-Violent Solutions in the Context of Sustainable Development.
In this article, Mr. Mokiy develops a mechanism for forming “deep peoples” and examines their role in shaping sustainable development scenarios. He emphasises that the true scenario for sustainable development must correspond to an adequate model of the world order, accompanied by the institutional structures of society, which will inevitably replace existing structures.
Additionally, he proposes the introduction of new technologies as a “deterrent factor,” which could replace nuclear weapons in the near future.
Vladimir Mokiy is Director of the Institute of Transdisciplinary Technologies and Head of the Russian School of Transdisciplinarity.
